Ingredients

Cacao Superfood Smoothie

  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 Banana frozen if preferred
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • ½ tsp Maca powder optional
  • 2 TBSP Honey to taste
  • 3 cups Milk your choice
  • 2 tsp Goji berries optional, soaked in water for 20 minutes then drained (fewer than 10 berries per smoothie)
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen optional, for topping

Melon Balls

  • 2 cups Melon balls e.g. scooped with a melon baller cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
  • Make the smoothie: In a blender, combine peanut butter, banana, rolled oats, cacao powder, maca powder (if using), honey, and milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust as needed: Add more milk to thin or ice cubes to thicken the smoothie, then blend again briefly. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired. Blend again.
  • Serve the smoothie with melon balls.
