Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 Banana frozen if preferred
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- ½ tsp Maca powder optional
- 2 TBSP Honey to taste
- 3 cups Milk your choice
- 1 tsp Bee pollen optional
- 1 TBSP Goji berries optional, soaked in water for 20 minutes then drained
Fruit
- 1 cup Mixed fruit such as orange slices raspberries or blueberries
Instructions
- Blend the Smoothie: In a blender, combine peanut butter, banana, rolled oats, cacao powder, maca powder (if using), honey, and milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the Consistency: Add more milk for a thinner texture, or ice cubes for a thicker smoothie. Blend again briefly to combine.
- Taste and Sweeten: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness with additional honey if desired. Blend to mix.
- Serve: Pour into two glasses. Top with bee pollen and soaked goji berries (if using). Serve immediately with bowls of fresh fruit.
