Ingredients
Chocolate Brownie
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 TBSP Butter melted
- 1 Egg
- 2 TBSP Cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2 TBSP Walnuts chopped
Sandwich
- 4 slices White bread
- 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
- Iceberg lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 slices Bologna
- 4 slices Deli mortadella
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 Apple sliced
Milk
- 16 oz Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease a small baking dish, such as a 5x5-inch or 6x6-inch pan. Alternatively, you can use a small oven-safe dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Fold in chopped walnuts. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes. The brownies are done when the top is dry and the edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out mostly clean. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Lay out the slices of white bread. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice. Layer with lettuce, bologna, mortadella, and cheese. Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down. Cut in half.
- Serve the sandwich with apple, milk, and brownie.
