Ingredients

Chocolate Brownie

  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 TBSP Butter melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 TBSP Walnuts chopped

Bologna Mortadella Sandwich

  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices White bread
  • 2 leaves Iceberg lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 4 oz Bologna
  • 2 oz Deli mortadella
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease a small baking dish, such as a 5x5-inch or 6x6-inch pan. Alternatively, you can use a small oven-safe dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mix sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Fold in chopped walnuts. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes. The brownies are done when the top is dry and the edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out mostly clean. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
  • Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, bologna, mortadella, and cheese.
  • Place the remaining slice of bread, mayo-side down, to form sandwiches. Cut in half.
  • Mix the ingredients for lemonade.
  • Serve the sandwiches with chips, pickle, lemonade, and chocolate brownie.
