Ingredients
Banana nutella crepes
- 1 TBSP Butter melted
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- Nonstick spray
- 2 Bananas sliced
- 4 TBSP Nutella spread
Melon:
- 2 cups Cantaloupe balled using a melon baller tool
Large coffee:
- Coffee
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan on low or in the microwave.
- Make the crêpe batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the egg. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the crêpes: Lightly grease the griddle or frying pan with nonstick spray. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crêpe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Cook the crêpe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn, and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat for remaining crêpes.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- To finish the crêpes: Spread Nutella inside the crêpe shell, then add in the banana and fold into quarters or roll up.
- Serve crêpes with melon balls, and coffee.
