Ingredients

Banana Oat Smoothie:

  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 3 cups Your choice of milk
  • 1 Bananas ripe
  • 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup optional
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon optional

Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese:

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
  • 4 TBSP Vegetable cream cheese

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients as instructed above.
  • Soften oats: In a blender, combine rolled oats and milk. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to soften the oats slightly.
  • Toast the bagel: Toast both halves of the bagel to your desired doneness.
  • Finish the smoothie: To the blender with oats and milk, add banana, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
  • Assemble bagels: Spread vegetable cream cheese evenly over each toasted bagel half.
  • Serve the smoothie with cream cheese bagel. Enjoy your breakfast!
