Ingredients
Banana Oat Smoothie:
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 3 cups Your choice of milk
- 1 Bananas ripe
- 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup optional
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon optional
Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese:
- 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
- 4 TBSP Vegetable cream cheese
Instructions
- Prep ingredients as instructed above.
- Soften oats: In a blender, combine rolled oats and milk. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to soften the oats slightly.
- Toast the bagel: Toast both halves of the bagel to your desired doneness.
- Finish the smoothie: To the blender with oats and milk, add banana, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
- Assemble bagels: Spread vegetable cream cheese evenly over each toasted bagel half.
- Serve the smoothie with cream cheese bagel. Enjoy your breakfast!
