Bacon Turkey Bravo
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Smoked gouda cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Special Sauce
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- dash Hot sauce
Apple Cider
- 16 oz Apple cider
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather and prep all listed ingredients.
- Cook the Bacon: Lay the bacon in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate to drain excess grease.
- Make the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and a dash of hot sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Toast the Bread (optional): Toast or lightly warm the sourdough bread slices if desired.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread the special sauce on each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato, turkey, gouda, and bacon. Top with the remaining slice of bread, sauce side down. Slice each sandwich in half.
- Serve with potato chips, pickle spears, and apple cider.
