Ingredients

Bacon, Egg, and American Cheese Breakfast Wrap

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 large Flour tortillas
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded

Cherries

  • 1 cup Fresh cherries rinsed and pitted if desired

Strawberry Banana Kiwi Smoothie

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Kiwi peeled
  • 1 cup Strawberries frozen
  • 3 cups Your choice of milk
  • 2 TBSP Honey

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as described above.
  • Cook the Bacon: Place the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon, stirring occasionally, until crispy. Remove bacon and place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
  • Cook the Eggs: In the same skillet, (remove excess bacon fat) over medium heat. Add in the eggs, scramble until firm. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the Wrap: Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side, or in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Portion the eggs, bacon, and cheese into the tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll it up tightly. Cut in half.
  • In a blender, combine banana, kiwi, strawberries, milk, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve the wrap alongside fresh cherries and the smoothie. Enjoy your breakfast!
