Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Peaches pitted and cut into wedges
- 4 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Fresh mint chopped
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan on high heat.
- In a bowl whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff.
- Grill the peaches wedges on each side. Approximately 1 - 2 minutes per side until they have char marks. Let the peaches sit on a plate to cool for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Drizzle the peaches with honey, spoon whipped cream on top and chopped mint. Serve.
