Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red onion minced
- 2 cups Red cabbage shredded
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium low heat. Cook the onion until it starts to soften.
- Add the cabbage, vinegar, and sugar. Stir well. Cover with a lid and bring to a simmer, allowing the cabbage to cook in the liquid for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When the cabbage is tender, remove the lid and season with salt and pepper to taste.
