Ingredients
- 3/4 pound French beans ends trimmed
- 1/2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tbsp Sliced almonds
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the french beans, and cook until bright green but still firm, about 2 minutes. Drain well.
- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant but not golden, about 1 minute.
- Add the french beans, sliced almonds, and season with salt and pepper, cook about 3-4 minutes. Serve.
