Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp Fresh chives chopped
  • 2 Ciabatta rolls
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 6 slices Tomato
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • 2 tbsp Red onion sliced
  • 2 oz Pepper jack cheese

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the mayo, thyme leaves and chives.
  • Lightly toast the ciabatta rolls and spread mustard on the roll.
  • Layer with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, ham, mayo, onion, and pepper jack cheese. Cut in half and serve.
