Ingredients
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Fresh chives chopped
- 2 Ciabatta rolls
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 6 slices Tomato
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 8 oz Deli ham
- 2 tbsp Red onion sliced
- 2 oz Pepper jack cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the mayo, thyme leaves and chives.
- Lightly toast the ciabatta rolls and spread mustard on the roll.
- Layer with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, ham, mayo, onion, and pepper jack cheese. Cut in half and serve.
