Scrambled Eggs

  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Raisin Bran Topped with Bananas

  • 2 cups Raisin bran cereal
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 1 cup Milk dairy or plant based

Cottage Cheese with Fruit and Honey Drizzle

  • ½ cup Cottage cheese low fat high protein
  • 1 cup Mixed fruit such as berries or pineapple chunks
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Cook gently, stirring until the eggs are softly scrambled and just set. Remove from heat.
  • Place raisin bran cereal in a bowl. Add milk and top with sliced banana.
  • Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl. Top with mixed fruit and drizzle with honey.
  • Serve raisin bran topped with bananas with scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, fruit, and coffee.
