Supreme Pizza
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Green bell pepper sliced
- 3 oz Ground sausage
- ½ cup Onion thinly sliced
- 3 oz Pepperoni sliced
- ⅓ cup Black olives sliced
- 1 ball Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- All-purpose flour as needed for rolling
- Nonstick spray
- 1½ cups Marinara sauce
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
Kombucha
- 24 oz Kombucha
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and green bell pepper and cook until softened, then remove from the pan.
- Add the ground sausage to the same pan and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the pizza dough according to package directions or your preferred method.
- Lightly flour a clean work surface and stretch or roll the dough evenly, adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking.
- Place the dough onto a baking sheet, pizza pan, or pizza stone prepared with nonstick spray if needed.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1 inch border around the edge.
- Top with mozzarella, mushrooms, green bell pepper, sausage, onion, pepperoni, and black olives.
- Bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted, rotating the pan halfway through cooking, about 20 - 22 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest briefly. Sprinkle with fresh basil optional.
- Serve with kombucha.
