- 2 tsp Butter or oil
- 6 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Bagel with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese
- 1 Whole wheat bagel or sourdough, sliced and halved
- 4 TBSP Garlic herb cream cheese
Hot Sauerkraut
- ½ cup Sauerkraut
Berries
- 1 cup Mixed berries washed
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Preheat the oven to 400F / 204C, cook the chicken sausage until browned to an internal temperature of 160F/71C.
- Add butter or oil to a skillet, then crack in the eggs. Season with salt and black pepper and cook to the desired doneness.
- Warm the sauerkraut gently in the skillet or a small saucepan until heated through.
- Toast the bagel halves until golden, then spread with garlic herb cream cheese.
- Serve the eggs with sausage, bagel with cream cheese, warmed sauerkraut, berries, and coffee.
