- 1 cup Milk dairy or plant based
- 1 Banana sliced
Cottage Cheese with Fruit and Honey
- 1 cup Cottage cheese low fat high protein
- 1 cup Mixed fruit such as berries or pineapple chunks
- 2 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Portion the raisin bran and add milk. Top with sliced banana.
- Serve the cereal with cottage cheese topped with fruit and honey and coffee.
