Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baby carrots
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • Place the carrots in a sauté pan and cover with water. Bring the carrots to a simmer
  • Cook for 6-10 minutes or until carrots are tender (a fork should slide in and out of the carrots easily without breaking them apart). Then drain well.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in the carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the dill and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
