Ingredients

Grilled Burger

  • 8 oz Ground beef
  • 1/2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Hamburger buns lightly toasted
  • 2 slices Your choice of cheese
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 leaves Butter lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 slices Red onion thinly sliced

Sauce

  • 2 TBSP Ketchup
  • 1 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP Mustard

Grilled Corn

  • 2 ears Corn on the cob shucked
  • 2 tsp Butter

Watermelon

  • 2 slices Watermelon

Mango Lassi

  • 1 cups Mango frozen and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt plain
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom
  • 1 TBSP Sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients as listed above.
  • Form patties: Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Shape into patties.
  • Make sauce: Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard until combined. Set aside.
  • Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  • Grill corn: Grill corn until tender and charred. Spread with butter, season with salt and pepper, and cut in half to serve.
  • Cook the burger patties on each to desired doneness. Place cheese on patties and let melt during the final minute of cooking.
  • Fry eggs: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, fry eggs to preference (sunny side up or both sides). Remove from heat.
  • Toast buns: Place buns cut-side down on grill until golden brown.
  • Assemble burgers: Spread sauce on buns. Layer lettuce, tomato, patty, red onion, and fried egg. Top with bun.
  • Make mango lassi: Blend mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and sugar until smooth. Adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Serve the burger with grilled corn, watermelon slices, and mango lassi.
