Ingredients

Grilled Burger

  • 8 oz Ground beef
  • 1/2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Hamburger buns lightly toasted
  • 2 slices Cheese (optional)
  • 4 leaves Butter lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 slices Red onion thinly sliced

Sauce

  • 2 TBSP Ketchup
  • 1 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP Mustard

Grilled Corn

  • 2 ears Corn on the cob shucked
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup Frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup Plain yogurt
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom
  • 1 TBSP Sugar or to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as described in the list above.
  • Make burger patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into equal-sized burger patties.
  • Make the sauce: mix together ingredients until combined. Set aside.
  • Grill the corn: Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the corn on all sides until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Spread with butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the burgers: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill each patty for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until the desired doneness is reached.
  • Add cheese (optional): Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt while the burger finishes cooking.
  • Toast the buns (optional): Place the hamburger buns cut side-down on the grill until golden brown.
  • Assemble the burgers: Spread sauce on the buns. Layer the bottom half of each bun with butter lettuce, tomato slices, grilled beef patty, and red onion. Top with the remaining bun halves.
  • Make the mango lassi: In a blender, combine frozen mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  • Serve the grilled burgers alongside grilled corn and mango lassi.
