Ingredients
Cacao Superfood Smoothie
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 Banana frozen if preferred
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- ½ tsp Maca powder optional
- 2 TBSP Honey to taste
- 3 cups Milk your choice
- 1 TBSP Goji berries optional, soaked in water for 20 minutes then drained
- 1 tsp Bee pollen optional, for topping
Peach
- 2 Peaches ripe, pitted and sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
- In a blender, combine peanut butter, banana, rolled oats, cacao powder, maca powder (if using), honey, and milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more milk for a thinner texture or a few ice cubes for a thicker smoothie. Blend again briefly.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired. Blend once more to incorporate.
- Serve the smoothie topped with goji berries and bee pollen if using, with sliced peaches on the side. Enjoy your nourishing breakfast!
