Ingredients
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
- 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless diced into cubes
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup Buffalo wing sauce use more if desired
- 2 large Tortilla wraps
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- ½ cup Grape tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Pickles sliced
- ⅓ cup Crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks or use baby carrots
- 1/2 cup Hummus
Almond Milk with Cinnamon and Honey
- 16 oz Almond milk chilled
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 TBSP Honey
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chicken to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) using a thermometer.
- Remove chicken from heat and toss with buffalo sauce to coat well.
- Lay tortillas on a clean flat surface. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, chicken, and blue cheese.
- Fold in the ends and roll up tightly. Cut in half.
- Mix the almond milk: In a small pitcher or measuring cup, stir together almond milk, ground cinnamon, and honey until well combined.
- Serve the wrap with carrots and hummus, alongside almond milk with cinnamon and honey.
