Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless diced into cubes
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup Buffalo wing sauce use more if desired
  • 2 large Tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • ½ cup Grape tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Pickles sliced
  • cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks or use baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup Hummus

Almond Milk with Cinnamon and Honey

  • 16 oz Almond milk chilled
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP Honey

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chicken to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) using a thermometer.
  • Remove chicken from heat and toss with buffalo sauce to coat well.
  • Lay tortillas on a clean flat surface. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, chicken, and blue cheese.
  • Fold in the ends and roll up tightly. Cut in half.
  • Mix the almond milk: In a small pitcher or measuring cup, stir together almond milk, ground cinnamon, and honey until well combined.
  • Serve the wrap with carrots and hummus, alongside almond milk with cinnamon and honey.
