Ingredients

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Oatmeal

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Milk or water
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 3 TBSP Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Banana sliced

Fruit

  • 1 cup Mixed fruit e.g. apple slices orange slices or grapes

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Cook oatmeal: In a small pot, combine rolled oats and milk (or water). Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until the oats are tender and creamy.
  • Add peanut butter: Stir in peanut butter until fully incorporated. Remove from heat and sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top. Cover with a lid and let sit for 1–2 minutes to melt.
  • Prepare the fruit: While the oatmeal cooks, rinse and prepare the fresh fruit. Divide into two bowls.
  • Finish oatmeal: Stir the melted chocolate into the oatmeal. Divide between two bowls and top each with banana slices.
  • Serve: Serve the oatmeal warm with fresh fruit and glasses of cold orange juice.
