Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 Banana frozen if preferred
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- 2 TBSP Honey or to taste
- 2 cups Your choice of Milk use more if needed to adjust the consistency
Fruit
- 1 cup Mixed fresh fruit such as berries, banana slices, or apple slices
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: If using fresh bananas, peel and slice them. If using frozen bananas, simply measure them out. Wash and slice the fruit
- Blend the Smoothie: Add peanut butter, bananas, rolled oats, cacao powder, honey, and milk to a blender. If using fresh bananas, add ice for a chilled smoothie. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust Consistency: For a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again until your desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and Sweeten: Taste the smoothie and add more honey if desired. Blend briefly to incorporate.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Serve with fresh fruit on the side. Enjoy!
