Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Oatmeal
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Milk or water
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- ¼ cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1 Banana sliced
Soft-Boiled Eggs
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice cold
Instructions
Prepare the Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Oatmeal:
- In a small pot, combine rolled oats and milk or water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender, refer to package instructions. Stir in the peanut butter until fully incorporated. Once tender top with chocolate chips and cover with a lid. Stir until combined before serving.
Prepare the Soft-Boiled Eggs:
- Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs into the water and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 6 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 2 minutes to stop the cooking process.
- Peel the eggs carefully, season with salt and black pepper, and set aside.
Serve:
- Serve the oatmeal alongside the soft-boiled eggs and two glasses of cold orange juice. Enjoy your nutritious breakfast!
