Ingredients
Jambon Beurre Sandwich
- 4 oz Brie cheese cut into pieces
- 2 TBSP Butter softened
- 1 TBSP Fresh chives minced
- 1 TBSP Fresh parsley minced
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Arugula
- ½ TBSP Lemon juice
- ½ French baguette cut into 6-inch pieces and sliced in half horizontally
- 6 oz Deli ham thinly sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Let Brie sit at room temperature to soften.
- In a bowl, mix butter, chives, parsley, Dijon mustard, and grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss arugula with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the herb butter evenly on the bottom half of the baguette.
- Layer with ham, Brie, and season with salt and pepper. Top with arugula and cover with the top half of the baguette.
- In a pitcher, mix lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Serve over ice if desired.
- Enjoy the jambon beurre with chips, a pickle, and fresh lemonade.
