Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 4 Whole wheat tortilla 10 inch
- 12 slices Tomato
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1/2 Red onion sliced thin
- 2 Avocados pitted and sliced
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl combine mayo and garlic and mix well. Spread on inside of the wrap.
- Place the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper, and drizzle olive oil. Next place the baby spinach, turkey, onion, avocado, and cheddar. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve.
