Grilled Turkey Rueben Wrap

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
  • 8 oz Sauerkraut
  • 4 tsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 4 Whole wheat tortilla 8 inch
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini grill or george forman grill. (or preheat the oven to 350 degrees if you don't have a grill style press)
  • Spread the dressing on the wrap and layer with cheese, sauerkraut, and turkey.
  • Fold in the ends and roll up.
  • Place the wrap on the grill press you are using for 4 - 6 minutes or until warmed through and the cheese is melted. (if using an oven place the wraps on a baking sheet into the oven for 6 - 10 minutes)
  • Slice in half and serve with potato chips and pickles on the side.
