Ingredients

  • 4 croissant
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 3 cups Baby spinach
  • 4 oz Brie cheese cut ¼ in thick
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 oz Pretzels
  • 4 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 2 Apples sliced

Instructions

  • Mix together the mustard and honey in a bowl.
  • Spread the honey mustard mixture on the croissant and layer with baby spinach, turkey, and brie. Cut in half and serve with apple slices, pretzels, and ranch dipping sauce.
