Ingredients

  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard or more if needed
  • 2 Croissant sandwich size (lightly toasted)
  • 1 cups Spring mix
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • 4 slices Brie cheese decent sized slices to cover the sandwich
  • 6 TBSP Almond butter

Lemonade

  • 16 oz Lemonade

Instructions

  • Prepare the apples and vegetables per the instructions above.
  • Spread the mustard on each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, ham and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with apple slices, almond butter, and lemonade.
