  • 4 cup Mesuclin Mix
  • 12 Grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 Cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 Carrots peeled and shaved
  • 4 tsp Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  • Lay down a bed of mixed greens, top with tomatoes, cucumbers and shaved carrot. Dress the salad with thousand island dressing and serve.
