Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 cup Savoy Cabbage shredded thin
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 4 slices Deli ham sliced thin
  • 4 slices Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickles halved

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Ketchup

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the sugar and vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Add the cabbage and toss together well. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Lightly toast the bread.
  • In a bowl mix together the ingredients for the sauce until fully combined. Then spread on each slice of bread.
  • Drain the cabbage well and lay on the bread. Layer with, ham, roast beef, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
