Ingredients
- 1.3 cup Almond milk
- 1/4 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Poppyseeds
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Honey or more if needed
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp Dates chopped
- 2 tbsp Granola
Instructions
- To a mason jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, add almond milk, lemon zest, poppy seeds, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and honey. Stir with a spoon to combine well.
- Add oats and stir a few more times. Then press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and are immersed in milk.
- Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to set/soak.
- Top with yogurt, kiwi, dates, and granola before serving.
