Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 clove Garlic minced
- 6 oz Black beans rinsed and drained
- 1/4 Cucumber chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 oz Tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients except for the tortilla chips. Season generously with salt and pepper to your desired taste. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
