Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- pinch Salt
- 3 Banana mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg lightly beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
