Ingredients

  • 2 medium Potatoes peeled and cut into thin wedges
  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide. Toss the potatoes with the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread them out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake until brown and crisp on the bottom side, about 15 minutes, then flip and cook until the other side is crisp, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your desired taste before serving.
