Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 4 Croissant Lightly toasted
- 1 Asian Pear sliced thin
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Pita and dip
- 2 Pita bread cut into triangles
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the pita on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and toast in the oven until crisp. Mix all the mayo, dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a bowl. Adjust any of the ingredients to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mustard on both sides of the croissant and layer with pear, lettuce, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and swiss.
- Wrap the sandwich in foil and bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is warmed throughout. Cut in half and serve with pita and dip.
