Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 4 Croissant Lightly toasted
  • 1 Asian Pear sliced thin
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

Pita and dip

  • 2 Pita bread cut into triangles
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the pita on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and toast in the oven until crisp. Mix all the mayo, dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a bowl. Adjust any of the ingredients to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the mustard on both sides of the croissant and layer with pear, lettuce, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and swiss.
  • Wrap the sandwich in foil and bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is warmed throughout. Cut in half and serve with pita and dip.
