Sautéed Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Broccolini stems trimmed about 1 inch off the bottom
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic minced

Instructions

  • In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the broccolini and boil for just 2 minutes until bright green. Drain well.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the oil, garlic, and broccolini, season with salt and pepper, saute until the broccolini is tender and garlic is golden brown. Then remove from the heat.
  • Season with salt if needed.
