Ingredients

  • 4 slices Crusty bread sliced 1/4 inch thick and toasted
  • 1 tsp Artichoke hearts minced
  • 1 tsp Kalamata olives minced
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted red peppers minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices under the oven broiler on low or in a toaster.
  • Mix together the remaining ingredients (use a blender or food processor if desired to mince the artichoke, olives, and peppers). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the tapenade with crostini.
