Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 4 Sub rolls 6 inch
- 12 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 4 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 4 oz Salami sliced thin
- 1/2 cup Banana peppers sliced
- 4 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced thin
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil and vinegar.
- Drizzle the oil and vinegar inside both halves of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with oregano, salt and pepper, ham, salami, banana peppers, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips.
