Ingredients

  • 2 Flatbread cut into quarters
  • 8 slices Fontina cheese
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • 2 Pickles halved

Aioli

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Pesto sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini grill or George Foreman style grill.
  • Whisk the ingredients for the aioli together in a bowl and then spread onto each piece of flatbread or serve on the side if desired.
  • Layer with cheese, spring mix, tomato, ham, another slice of cheese and top with a flatbread wedge.
  • Lightly grease the panini style grill with non-stick spray and press the sandwich down, cook until the flatbread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. (Alternatively, lightly grease a non-stick pan over low-medium heat with non-stick spray and cook both sides until golden brown and melted while covering with a lid.) Serve with pickles.
