- 4 halves Italian Bread 6 inch pieces
- 12 slices Fresh mozzarella
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
- 8 oz Deli roast beef shaved
- 4 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
- 4 tsp Balsamic glaze or more if desired
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread. Top with mozzarella and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Then top with shaved beef.
- Garnish with basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
