Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Couscous
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic grated
- 2 tsp Fresh thyme minced very fine
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth to a boil. Refer to the instructions for the amount of broth. Cook the couscous according to the direction on the package.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute the garlic and thyme until light golden brown. Then stir into the couscous. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving. Cover with a lid to keep warm before serving.
