Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
- 16 Mozzarella balls bite sized
- 16 Grape tomatoes
- 1 Mangos diced
- 4 tbsp Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, oregano, red pepper flakes, basil, salt, and pepper. Add the mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives to the bowl and mix well. Set aside for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Alternate the mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives onto the wooden skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze to serve.
