Ingredients

  • 4 Long rolls
  • 8 All beef hot dogs
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 Pickle spears
  • 4 tsp Relish
  • 1/4 cup Banana peppers sliced
  • 4 tsp Red onion minced
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan on medium heat.
  • Place the rolls on the grill until they start to get just slightly toasty. Then remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Grill the hot dogs until they're cooked through.
  • Open up the buns. Place tomato slices on one side and a dill pickle spear on the other side.
  • Place the hot dogs in the middle between the tomato slices and the pickle spear.
  • Add a spoonful of pickle relish along the top of the hot dog on one side.
  • Add banana peppers and onion on top.
  • Then squirt mustard over top. Serve with chips.
