Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 pound Green beans ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium low heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant but not golden, for about 1 minute.
  • Add the butter, green beans, and pine nuts. Sauté until the green beans are tender and the nuts are golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
