Ingredients

  • 4 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tbsp Whipped cream cheese room temperature
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/3 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream cold (substitute store bought whipped cream)

Instructions

  • Place the cookies in a plastic bag and lightly crush into small pieces using a mallet or rolling pin.
  • Place about 1/3 of the crushed oreos into the bottom of a small ramekin or portion cup.
  • Mix the cream cheese and sugar using a whisk until fully combined and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Taste and add more sugar if needed. Stir in the remaining crushed oreo. Spoon the mixture into the portion cup or ramekin and smooth out the top. Then refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours until fully set.
  • In another bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Then spoon a dollop on top of the setting dessert.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed oreo if desired.
