Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 12 Black olives pitted
  • 12 Green olives pitted
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • pinch Red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers sliced
  • 2 tbsp Banana peppers sliced
  • 8 Crackers

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, olives, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Arrange the roasted peppers, banana peppers, and crackers on the plate with the marinated olives. Serve.
