Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup Snow peas about 7 snow peas per portion
  • 1 clove Garlic sliced

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add snow peas and garlic; sauté until snow peas are tender but still crisp and garlic is golden brown. Remove from heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper; serve.
