Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup Milk or more if needed
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Banana sliced
Instructions
- Preheat a waffle maker and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
- For the waffles: Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. Stir in the milk a little at a time until a smooth batter forms (not too thin or watery, and not too thick or clumpy). Using about 1/2 cup per portion, ladle the batter in the waffle maker and cook according to the directions. Once golden brown and cooked remove from the waffle maker.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over top. Serve with banana.
