Ingredients
Roll Ups
- 4 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 4 Soft taco shells
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see the deli meats tab for recipe
- 4 slices Swiss cheese halved
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce chopped
- 4 slices Tomato halved
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 TBSP Red onion shaved or sliced thin
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
Lemonade
- 24 oz Lemonade cold
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Spread the mustard onto each soft shell.
- Evenly distribute the turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and, onion. Roll up tight.
- Serve with carrot sticks and ranch. Enjoy with lemonade.
